The center offers wellness-related activities to provide you with natural and virtuous tools so that everyone can find balance within themselves. We offer individual or group support, times for exchange and sharing, as well as the discovery of new personal development techniques.
A schedule is offered to you every week, and you are free to book your session or subscribe to the various professionals at the center.
Saturday Afternoon
Every Saturday, the "Well-being Break" center offers you the opportunity to discover new well-being techniques, to exchange with professionals, to develop your skills, to open times for sharing and transmission between everyone.
A schedule of the Saturday afternoon workshops is offered to you each week, and you are free to book your session or to take a half-day reservation to enjoy the different well-being professionals.
